1. Booking and Payment

1.2. Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the vacation. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
1.3. Methods of Payment: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods specified during the booking process.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
2.1. Cancellation by the Client: If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the total cost.
30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total cost.
2.2. Cancellation by Al-Kawther Vacation: We reserve the right to cancel any booking if circumstances necessitate. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or alternative arrangements will be offered.
2.3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.
3. Changes to Booking
3.1. Amendments by the Client: Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability or avoid additional charges.
3.2. Amendments by Al-Kawther Vacation: We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary or accommodation, which will not entitle the client to a refund.
4. Travel Insurance
4.1. Mandatory Insurance: All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, personal accident, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings.
4.2. Proof of Insurance: Clients must provide proof of insurance prior to departure.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. Health Requirements: Clients must ensure they meet all health requirements for travel, including vaccinations.
5.2. Safety Compliance: Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by Al-Kawther Vacation and local authorities.
6. Conduct
6.1. Respectful Behavior: Clients are expected to behave respectfully and comply with local laws and customs. Al-Kawther Vacation reserves the right to terminate the vacation of any client whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, with no refund.
6.2. Damage Liability: Clients will be held responsible for any damage they cause to property or facilities.
7. Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability: Al-Kawther Vacation’s liability is limited to the price of the booked vacation. We are not liable for any indirect losses, including loss of enjoyment or travel expenses.
7.2. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform any obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. Use of Personal Information: We will use personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
